1. PRIVACY & POLICY

At MY30minutes, we take your privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, and how we use any information we collect from ads.

1.1 Collection and Use of Personal Information:

We collect personal information from visitors who submit their information through our ads. This information is collected solely for the purpose of contacting potential customers with marketing and promotional materials about our products and services. We do not sell or provide your personal information to any third-party companies for their marketing purposes.

1.2 Cookies:

We may use cookies to personalize your experience on our website and to analyze how visitors use our website. Cookies are small data files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies may also be used by third-party service providers we work with to improve our website's functionality and performance.

2. GYMS

As a member of My30Minutes, you agree to comply with the rules with regards to the use of the facilities, opening hours and your behavior. The management of My30Minutes may make reasonable changes to these rules, from time to time, provided the management gives advance notice of these changes. My30Minutes reserves the right to vary the opening hours as considered necessary for the proper operation of the gyms. My30minutes accepts no liability for loss of clothes, valuables or money. This shall not apply in the case of intentional or gross negligence on the part of My30Minutes. There may be times when My30Minutes has to temporarily close a part of, or the entire gym of which you are a member. My30Minutes will do its best to let you know of such temporary closures in advance of them taking place, unless the problem is of an urgent matter or an emergency. We will use all forms of communications possible (Verbal, SMS, Social Media, eMail, Display Boards in the Gym) to ensure that you are informed ahead of time so you can book in advance or reschedule.

3. HEALTH

Prior to your first session, a medical history questionnaire must be completed in full. You certify that the information given is true and given in good faith. You may be required to have medical clearance if deemed necessary and provide health history information. If you have any doubts about your fitness or capability to train with EMS, we strongly recommend that you get advice from a doctor first. You are advised to inform your trainer of any injuries, pains or concerns prior to the start of your EMS Training. If in any case, you start to feel dizzy, about to faint, unwell or feel any unusual pain then you must stop training and inform your trainer or a member of the staff immediately. It is necessary that all members and guests of My30Minutes wear the EMS Training Suit while training, to maximize their EMS Training.

4. TRAINERS

While My30Minutes tries to make sure that your preferred trainer is available for you, there might be some occasions when he/she is not available. My30Minutes assures the clients that all its trainers are professional and experienced in conducting EMS Training sessions, hence, you shall be flexible in training with other available trainers.

5. LATE GUEST POLICY

Schedule and book your training with My30Minutes ahead of time. If you're late, your session might be shortened accordingly. Arriving 5 minutes past for private and 10 minutes past for your duo booking, with no available rescheduling slot, counts as a late cancellation. Day-of rescheduling is permitted if slots are available.

6. RESCHEDULING or CANCELLING

Rescheduling or cancelling must be done 24 hours prior to your EMS training session. Otherwise, the agreed fee for the training session missed will be charged in full and will be forfeited. A hospital/doctor's note must be presented if the reason for missing the scheduled session is due to medical issue.

7.PRIVATE,SHARED DUO & COUPLE TRAINING PACKAGES/MEMBERSHIPS

a. Private Training (PT): •⁠ ⁠Customers receive 1-on-1 training sessions (one customer, one personal trainer). •⁠ ⁠Clients can choose a specific trainer at the time of sign-up or renewal. •⁠ ⁠If the chosen trainer is unavailable due to an emergency or vacation, the client must train with an available substitute trainer. This situation occurs rarely. b. Shared Duo Training (SDT): •⁠ ⁠Customers receive 2-on-1 training sessions (two customers, one personal trainer). •⁠ ⁠My30minutes may book another customer in the same slot. •⁠ ⁠Trainers are assigned according to the training program, and sessions may involve multiple trainers. c. Couple Training (CT): •⁠ ⁠Customers receive 2-on-1 training sessions (two customers, one personal trainer). •⁠ ⁠Clients can choose a specific trainer at the time of sign-up or renewal. •⁠ ⁠If one member of the duo is absent, the session still counts as redeemed for both. •⁠ ⁠Freezing, extensions, and other changes affect both members equally. •⁠ ⁠If the chosen trainer is unavailable due to an emergency or vacation, the client must train with an available substitute trainer. This situation occurs rarely.

7.1 PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP

Customer signing up for private membership is entitled to 1 on 1 training sessions. (1 customer, 1 personal trainer)

7.2 DUO MEMBERSHIP

Customer signing up for duo membership is entitled to 2 on 1 training sessions (2 customers, 1 personal trainer). My30minutes reserves the right to book a second customer during the same training time slot to train side by side.

7.3 WASHING SERVICE

A customer signing up for a membership can opt for a washing service. The customer will be provided a freshly washed training suit for every EMS session. This service is optional and the fee will be charged on a monthly base with the membership fee.

8. Expiration and cancellation

All training sessions must be used before expiration, except for Memberships, which require monthly renewal. Silver package valid for 3 months. Gold package valid for 6 months. Platinum package valid for 12 months.

9. Freezing and extending membership

Packages can be paused for up to a month or transferred if you show proof of inability to attend EMS training. Transferees must buy a training kit. For medical or travel reasons, provide relevant documentation (doctor’s note or travel details). Pregnancy permits up to a 15-month freeze with a medical note. .

10. Payment

Payment is required immediately upon signing this agreement, either in cash or by card. All payments are non-refundable, and packages/memberships can't be transferred between branches.

11. MEMBERSHIP

The membership terms override freezing (section 9). It expires in 30 days unless renewed, not extendable or freezable. Sessions are weekly, starting from your registration day as the 1st day of the first week. A week is 7 days, not necessarily a calendar week. "Weekly once/twice/thrice" means using sessions before the week ends; no recovery in the next week. Cancel a session 24 hours in advance, or lose 1 session from that week.

12. MYFITPOINTS - LOYALTY PROGRAM

To be eligible for the loyalty points program, the customer must be a registered member of the program and make purchases from the participating business. View T&C

Invite a friend to join, and you’ll enjoy 15% off plus up to 5 free sessions when they sign up. Even if they only complete a trial, you’ll still receive 10% off and 2 free sessions. (T&Cs apply.) Read T&C

14. GENERAL TERMS FOR ONGOING PROMOTIONS/CHALLENGE

Each one-time introductory promotion or challenge comes with its own specific terms and conditions. Please make sure to carefully read these terms and conditions before joining or participating.
