Refund and cancellation policy

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Single, Team and Home Sessions:
Cancellation and rescheduling will be possible for clients that will cancel their session with a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start date unless otherwise noted on select session descriptions. No rescheduling will be possible for clients who withdraw from sessions within 24 hours of or after the scheduled start date.

Memberships:
No refunds are given on memberships. Clients can freeze their contract one time for 2 weeks within the Gold package and twice for 2 weeks within the Platinum package.
